1. ELIGIBILITY:

The "Wand Co Phaser" is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are of legal age of majority in their state of residence. Employees of Lucky Rooster Productions (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners, internet agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on January 1st, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 8, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER:

A. ENTRY VIA AN ONLINE PURCHASE:

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of merchandise from Lucky Rooster Productions at www.starbasecentral.comEntries are based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping). If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entries associated with that purchase will be voided.

B. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY:

To receive sixty (1) entries without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, handwrite your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Mail in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to: Lucky Rooster Productions, 3093 Cambridge Rd. Cameron Park CA 95682. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by the promotion end date, December 8, 2025, and received by December 12, 2025.

4. RANDOM DRAWING:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about December 12, 2025, from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The winner will be contacted by email or phone and will be required to provide eligibility verification within 3 days. If ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Wand Co. Phaser valued at approximately $500.00 USD. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lucky Rooster Productions, their affiliates, agents, and each of their officers, directors, and employees from and against any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Lucky Rooster Productions to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law. The winner also agrees to provide a photo or video with the prize along with a brief statement about their experience winning the contest.

8. PRIVACY:

Sponsor and their agents will collect and use the personal information provided by participants for administration and announcements within the Promotion. Participation indicates agreement to these terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, participants agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Cameron Park, California, and waive any rights to class action lawsuits or lawsuits of any kind.
